I'm not very fit - Is this going to be right for me?

Yes! The problem with the majority of bootcamps is that the trainers are too inexperienced to look after people of varying fitness levels. Dave is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 15 years experience training people just like you. He'll ensure you are challenged appropriately at your own fitness level so you get the best out of the sessions whilst training safely.

Am I locked into a 12 month contract? 

No, there is no lock-in-contract unlike most gyms and fitness businesses. Our memberships run week-to-week.

Is bootcamp cancelled if it rains?

No! We have access to an undercover area in the parks. You can either come to the scheduled workout or do an online accelerate session if you don't like the wet. We will only cancel if there are severe weather warnings.

Can I just pay for one session per week?

Unfortunately not. You will need to commit to at least 2 weekly training sessions each week to see results so we don't offer this option.
Can I pay with cash or transfer money?

No. All 14 day trials and memberships are paid via direct debit through our partner payment company EziDebit.  We do not collect or have access to any of your payment details. A payment plan for your $5 trial and subsequent membership is setup and authorised through a secure EziDebit portal. 

What happens after my $5 trial?

If you are happy to continue after the trial you don't need to do anything. The membership fee you selected will be charged 14 days after the beginning of your trial. If you don't wish to continue after the trial then give us 24 hours notice and you will not be charged any further fees.

How do I cancel?

If you would like to cancel, we require 7 days notice in writing. Just email us at dave@exerciseunlocked.com

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes! If you go away on holiday you can put your basic membership on hold for a minimum of 1 week and maximum of 2 weeks during any 8 week period. Results memberships can be put on hold for a minimum of 1 week and for an unlimited amount of time.
